Park Benches

We dull men don't mind traveling. We don't even mind traveling to exciting cities so long as we can find dull things to do there.

One of the first things we look for when arriving in a city is park benches. Then we can sit down and relax, watch the world go buy, watch people trying to enjoy themselves doping in-and-trendy things. While we enjoy ourselves sitting on our bench.

Central Park

New York City prides itself in being the World's Capital of many things. Did you know that it may well be the World's Capital of Park Benches? There are 8,500 park benches in Central Park. And more in other parks and locations throughout the city. Is there any other city that comes close to that number?

Much of Central Park's achienfments in this regard are attributlat to the great work of the Central Park Conservancy: http://www.centralparknyc.org/site/PageServer
