When we read about ham radio operator Adrian Lane in Gloustershire chatting for 50 seconds with American astronaut flying over the UK we thought Adrian might be too exciting of a guy to write about on our blog.
But then we saw the words “he admitted that it was a mundane conversation.”
He commented “The adrenaline was pumping a little bit.” We were pleased to see he added the words “a little bit.”
His kids always know where to find him: “Where’s Dad? He’s in the shed again.”
